History of the Firm
Since 1987, Jan Rubin Associates, Inc. ("JRA, Inc.") has been providing real estate development and construction support services to a myriad of clients. JRA has built a national reputation for success and excellence. With over 20 years of construction and development activities that span 11 states and exceed costs of half a billion dollars, JRA works with a diverse pool of clients, including lenders, investors, contractors, construction managers, developers, property owners, non-profits, public housing authorities, and government at all levels
